Born and raised in Bnei Zion, a village in the Sharon region. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International Trade. For six years, he managed youth centers affiliated with the Moshav Movement and worked in youth education. Subsequently, he served for four years as the Director of Marketing and Sales for the Israeli Building Center Group in the real estate sector. In his role, he organized and produced the national housing fairs for the Israeli Building Center, authored and edited the annual guidebook on how to purchase a home in Israel, and managed the marketing operations of acquisition groups and urban renewal projects of the Israeli Building Center. In November 2011, he left the Israeli Building Center Group and with two partners founded the Cnaan Group.

Born in Jerusalem, resides in Modi'in, married with two children. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Law, and a Master's degree in Business Administration—all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Was an owner and partner for about 20 years in accounting firms, including approximately 14 years as a partner at Deloitte Brightman Almagor—one of the four largest firms in the country and the world. Additionally, served for about five years as CEO of the real estate development and construction company B. Yair—a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, which initiated, sold, and built 1,500 housing units in Israel. Ilan has held and continues to hold positions in several business enterprises and non-profits (such as Hadassah College) as a director, and even as Chairman of the Board of the Interdisciplinary Arena Theater Association in Jerusalem.

Resident of Hod HaSharon, married with four children. Possesses 20 years of experience in the construction industry in the fields of real estate development, marketing, and sales. Previous positions include: Marketing and Development Manager at Y. Behari for 5.5 years, a role that involved creating new development channels for the company and initiating and building projects in Hod HaSharon and Petah Tikva. Vice President of Marketing and Development at Peer Fund from the Shoval Group for two years, during which time the fund's marketing and sales network was established, as well as the initiation of new projects. Founder and partner in the real estate division of the Israeli Building Center, holding the position of head of the real estate division responsible for initiating and establishing urban renewal complexes, marketing, and managing purchasing groups until the delivery of the apartment.
